You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

While we strive to provide consistent service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our website may undergo scheduled maintenance, during which certain features may be temporarily unavailable. We will attempt to provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible. Service appointments are subject to team availability and scheduling constraints.

Not all services or features may be available in all areas of Bangkok. Service availability depends on factors including location, property type, and current team capacity. 3. Geographic Restrictions
Our services are currently available only in Bangkok and select surrounding areas in Thailand. Properties outside our service area may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional travel fees. We reserve the right to expand or reduce our service area at our discretion.
4. Service Modifications and Updates
We continuously work to improve our services and may introduce new features, modify existing services, or adjust our service offerings based on client feedback and operational needs. While we strive to maintain service quality, we reserve the right to make changes to our service structure, pricing, or policies with reasonable notice to existing clients.
Intellectual Property Rights
