2. Conduct Requirements

You must maintain professional and respectful behavior when interacting with our team members. This includes:

• • Treating all Suvarn Clarity staff with courtesy, respect, and dignity
• • Refraining from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind
• • Providing clear, accurate instructions regarding service requirements
• • Ensuring a safe working environment free from hazards or threats
• • Honoring scheduled appointments or providing adequate notice of changes

3. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

When submitting reviews, testimonials, or other content, you agree not to post material that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or violates intellectual property rights. You must not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization. Content promoting illegal activities, containing malicious code, or infringing on privacy rights is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

4. Age Restrictions and Capacity

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are under eighteen, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on your behalf.

5. Property Access and Security

You are responsible for providing secure and safe access to your property for our cleaning team. This includes providing working keys, access codes, or arranging for someone to grant entry. You must inform us of any security systems, pets, or special access requirements in advance. You agree to secure valuable items and sensitive documents before our team arrives. We are not responsible for items left unsecured or damages resulting from inaccurate access information.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties or representations about:

• • Results that will meet your expectations in all circumstances

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Suvarn Clarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

3. Consequential Damages Exclusion

We shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or remote damages, including damage to property not directly caused by our negligence, business interruption losses, loss of goodwill or reputation, or damages arising from delays in service delivery. Our liability is limited to direct damages actually incurred and proven, and only to the extent such damages result from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Force Majeure Provisions

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, utility failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable.

5. Insurance and Claims

We maintain professional liability insurance covering our cleaning operations. Any claims for property damage or loss must be reported to us within forty-eight hours of discovery. Claims will be investigated and, if valid and covered by our insurance, will be processed according to our insurance policy terms. We reserve the right to deny claims that are not properly documented or reported in a timely manner.
